Where can I eat on the Sani dine around programme at Sani Resort?

Guests staying half board or full board at Sani Beach, Sani Club, Sani Dunes and Porto Sani can take their evening meals between the three Sani Hotels (buffet) and also in the restaurants at the Sani Marina on a set menu. If guests would like to dine a la carte at the Sani Marina restaurants an allowance is provided as part of Sani Dine Around.

Which are the best rooms at Sani Resort for a family of 5?

We would recommend the Family Interconnecting Rooms at Sani Beach or the Family Suite Grand Balcony at Sani Club. Both these room types feature dual rooms with connecting doors, perfect for larger families.

How far are the hotels from each other at Sani Resort?

The largest distance between the hotels is from the Sani Beach Hotel to the Sani Beach Club. Walking along the beach this takes 10 mins walking. From Sani Beach Hotel and Sani Beach Club to the Marina is 5 minutes walking. Guests can use the Sani Shuttle which runs every 20mins between all resorts and the Sani Marina. This runs until late allowing guests to use at night and enjoy thee entertainment in Sani Marina.

What are the kids clubs like at Sani and do they meet UK standards?

All childcare facilities comply to UK OFSTED standards and staff are both from the UK and Greece.

What Honeymoon packages are available at Sani?

All Sani Honeymoon guests receive a FREE room upgrade (subject to availability), room decoration with flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.

Which Sani Hotels are the kids clubs in?

They are at Sani Beach and Sani Club, the crèche is at the Sani Beach Hotel and can be used by all guests and can be pre booked by us.

What are the beaches like at Sani Resort?

The beaches at Sani are ideal for adults and children alike with calm, shallow, crystal clear water and white fine sand beaches. Dedicated lifeguards ensure safety and facilities such as sunbeds, a beach bar, showers and a towel service make the Blue Flag Awarded beach ideal for holidaymakers.

Would Sani Hotels suit a couple? Is the Resort full of children?

The Sani Beach Hotel, Porto Sani and Sani Club attract a lot of families especially during school holidays. However,Sani Resort is also perfect for Couples for a Romantic Getaway. Weddings and Honeymoons are very popular if you need more guidance please contact our Sani Holidays Travel PAs for further inspiration. Next to Sani Beach Hotel is Sani Hill which is a very romantic and beautiful spot to enjoy a stroll or sit and watch the sunset together. It is also the location of the Sani Music Festival which takes place each Summer

Can I book my holiday online with you?

Yes, you can book holidays, flights, accommodation, transfers and car hire through this site. Don't forget you can also call a member of our team to make your booking over the phone. Can I book group holidays or flights?

Of Course. You may find giving us a call is the best way to book group holidays. Do I need to have Travel Insurance?

Yes, Holiday Insurance is essential when you travel. Make sure you are fully covered and its a good idea to pack your policy in your hand baggage.

Do I need a passport?

Whenever you leave the UK you must carry a passport with you but do please check that your passport is in date. It is a requirement of certain countries that the expiry date of your passport exceeds the return date of travel by up to 6 months. Requirements vary from country to country. You should also ensure that any children under the age of 16 who are not already included on a valid 10 year passport, have their own passport when travelling abroad.

How can I pay for my Sani Holiday?

When making a reservation you may make your payment by debit, credit or American Express. We accept most Debit/Credit cards, the debit will be automatically deducted from your bank account. All transactions on this website are securely made using World pay

What Currency do I need to take?

The local currency is Euros, the Resort has an ATM located close to Macaroni in Sani Marina. You may also take travellers cheques as this form of currency as they are also insured against loss or theft, we suggest you make sure you have enough cash for the first day or so, in local currency. All major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted in the Resort

How do I call the UK from abroad?

If dialling from outside the UK, you’ll need the local international access code followed by 44 for the UK. You then dial the UK number as if it were a long distance call i.e. including the area code, but do not dial the initial “O”. eg. International access code then +44 (0)207 000 0000

What do I do if I have a Complaint in Resort?

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint whilst in Sani Resort please firstly contact your Hotel Reception or Guest Relations Manager at your Hotel to make them aware of the problem immediately and giving them the opportunity to solve your complaint quickly and smoothly in Resort. Sani Resort and Sani Holidays take every complaint very seriously and every effort will be made to resolve any issues that you have as swifty as possible to ensure you can continue to enjoy your Sani stay.
