Now the attention turns to survival of the fittest as the Bear Grylls Survival Academy brings the recognizable adventurer's extreme self-rescue skills to Sani. A truly unique experience to suit all ages and abilities, the courses designed by Bear and his team of instructors are sure to be adrenaline fueled and a challenge like no other. Other academies at Sani include the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and Chelsea FC Football Academy.
Explore beneath the waves with a Scuba Diving adventure. The Sea World Diving Center at Sani Beach is a professional diving center, providing a variety of Scuba courses for beginners through to the more advanced.
There’s under-water excursions including a visit to a ship wreck and other PADI courses to excel in, including deep, multilevel and night diving.
The Sea World Diving Centre is a PADI authorized 5 Star IDC Gold Palm Resort, supported by DAN (Dive Alert Network) EUROPE which follows recognised programmes and training methods leading to internationally recognised PADI certification.

British Water Ski & Wakeboard certified instructors oversee the Water Ski tuition at The Sani Academy located at Sani Beach. Various academy courses are available at specific levels leading to prestigious Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
If you love Yoga, how about Yoga with a twist. Sani Resort offers Paddleboard Yoga sessions (Free of Charge). Lessons include board practice and paddling which is excellent for core strength and engaging those muscles you didn’t perhaps know existed. Doing something you love outdoors in the cooling waters of the Aegean in the shallow water of Ammos beach, what could be better! Lessons are offered upon request.
With the opportunity to explore the scenic surroundings of Sani which extends to 1,000 acres of natural habitat including pine forests, olive groves and the magnificent coastline, getting in the saddle at Sani is a great experience. The new KTM bike club ensures guests of all ages can enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as get their fitness fix on two wheels.
Bikes can be hired per hour (mountain bikes, e-bikes) lessons for both adults and children are also available with certified instructors. Bike tours too add something unique with the cycling experience, including twice-weekly mountain bike tours or the weekly fat bike beach tour. Couples wanting to peddle together can opt for an e-bike picnic tour with picnic lunch provided.
The Sani Adventure Park made a huge impact when launched in 2019 and is a great addition that families absolutely love. Located next to Bousoulas beach, it is free of charge and open daily between 9am and 6pm. Your little monkeys can swing through the trees on zip wires and leap from tree to tree on special tree platforms in this amazing treetop experience.
You will all be in safe hands, under the expert guidance of Sani Adventure Park staff who will ensure your safety from the moment you arrive and demonstrate the use of the safety harnesses and clips.
The park features six courses offering different levels of difficulty to challenge all ages. There's two training courses, two family courses and two youth courses.
