Families can relax in the knowledge their children can enjoy the Kid’s Clubs at Eagles Palace providing childcare and activities for a variety of ages. There is a team of fully qualified childcare professionals and local experienced staff who are carefully selected and trained to a high standard. The Kids Clubs are located at either The Nest in the main hotel or The Beach Shack, located just back from the beach.
Child-friendly facilities at Eagles Palace include family rooms, all-day dining and kids’ menus, baby-sitting services, an all-weather Oftsted-approved children’s club (ages four months to 13), an outdoor playground, a children’s pool next to the beach and dedicated watersports activities and spa treatments for teens.
The Explorers Kids Club is for children aged from 4 months to 13 years, offering dedicated, age themed activities, managed by qualified childcare experts. Children from 4 months to 4 years have a dedicated space in the hotel called The Nest, whilst those from 5 to 13 are based in The Shack, right on the beach. Each space has indoor and outdoor play areas, full with toys and games for every age. Freshly prepared meals, tailored to any special dietary requirements, are provided. Children are divided into 4 groups according to their age group:
Globetrotters (4 months to 2 years)
Globetrotters cares for children aged 4 months to 2 years. Appropriate activities are planned and delivered in age and stage settings of your child and there is a designated sleep room for nap time. The Globetrotters group is based at the ‘Nest’ located in the main hotel building. Ratio 1 staff: 2 children (4-18 months). Ratio staff: 3 children (18 months+).
Adventurers (3 to 4 years)
Adventurers offers childcare for children aged 3 to 4 years with an action packed programme aimed at learning and exploring with lots of fun and exciting activities such as nature hunts, beach trips, baking and creative activities. The Adventurers group is based at the ‘Nest; located in the main hotel building. Ratio 1 staff: 4 children.
Voyagers (5 to 7 years)
Voyagers group offers childcare for children aged 5 to 7 years. Voyagers will spend most of their time out and about in the resort taking part in exciting activities. Voyagers are based at the ‘Shack’ near the Active Zone of the beach. The Shack is filled with toys and games. Activities for Voyagers include tennis, traditional cooking with Chef, pool games and mocktail masterclasses. Ratio 1 staff: 6 children.
Pioneers
The Pioneers are a very busy and active group, spending majority of their time out and about the resort making the most of the activities available. Pioneers are based at the ‘Shack’, near to the Active Zone of the beach. Pioneers activities not to miss include tennis, team challenges, mocktail masterclass, traditional cooking with Chef and Survivor. Ratio 1 staff : 8 children.
The Kids Club will be available on Sundays during the periods 29 April to 28 May & 19 September to 31 October 2021 between 10:00-18:00 with limited service. Aqua Explorers (5 to 13 years).
Aqua Explorers is a programme for children aged from 5 to 13. Children are divided in 2 groups, Junior or Senior, depending on their experience and qualified instructors teach them the basics of a variety of watersports. Junior and Senior Groups run alongside each other, so that siblings can join the club together. Available for 3 days (Monday -Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday) or 6 days (Monday to Saturday), 3 hours per day.
Childcare and babysitting is available throughout your stay at Eagles Palace. Childcare can be booked for full day or half day sessions in the Explorers Club. Babysitting can be provided for evening care at an additional charge.
