The freshest local produce is used in the preparation of all the dishes in the Cave Restaurant’s mouth-watering, well-balanced menu. Meat, seafood and vegie options plus colourful salads will whet the appetite of the most discerning guest along with selected local wine from the finest wineries throughout Greece, signature cocktails and other refreshing drinks, many with Champagne and fresh fruit which can be enjoyed pre, during or post dinner in the Sunset Lounge the restaurant’s cocktail terrace.

An a la carte breakfast is served from 08:00 – 12:00 on your own terrace and balcony or poolside and throughout the day, snacks and light meals are also available from 08:00 – 23:00. Room service is also available.
