Dining at Amara is out of this world. With a superb choice of Restaurants including Japanese Nobu Matsuhisa Limassol, (Lunch 13:00 - 15:00, Dinner 18:30 - 23:00). a creation of world -renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa whose thought-provoking Japanese-Peruvian cuisine is a must. Signature dishes include: Salmon karashi su miso, Black Cod with miso, Rock shrimp tempura and sushi and sashimi. There’s also a sophisticated menu of exotic cocktails to try complimenting all the dishes.

Ristorante Locatelli, (Dinner 18:30 pm – 23:00 pm) at Amara is another flavour sensation, an Italian Michelin-star fine dining restaurant. Guests will delight in dining al fresco and enjoying everything from wood-fired oven pizzas to homemade pasta and delectable desserts.
