At Amathus Holidays we understand a Golfers requirements. We offer a range of golf courses in Cyprus, Greece and Madeira. Every course is a different experience and many courses form part of our featured properties so you will also be able to enjoy all the other facilities on offer.

Cyprus

Cyprus offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, 5 star properties and warm hospitality. The Island offers three magnificent 18 hole championship courses, The Secret Valley Golf Course, Tsada Golf Club and The Aphrodite Hills Golf Course. All three courses are situated within reasonably close proximity to each other and are near to the resort of Paphos.

Take for example the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, the course is set on a dramatic ravine with breathtaking views to the sea, it also has access to an award winning spa and tennis academy.

Greece

Amathus Holidays offer two Hotels on the beautiful island of Crete with golf courses. The Porto Elounda Deluxe Resort has an executive nine-hole golf course with a Golf Academy run by a British PGA golf pro.

The Porto Carras Grand Resort in Halkidiki boasts a magnificent 18 hole golf course. The course is open all year round and is part of the luxury hotel complex comprising of two exclusive five star properties, the ‘Meliton Hotel’ and the ‘Sithonia’.

Madeira

Madeira offers two top class golf courses. The Palheiro is an 18 hole course designed by Cabell Robinson located in Funchal. The course offers superb views over the beautiful bay of Funchal.

The other golf course on the island is the Casa Da Serra, this is a 27 hole course and has hosted the Madeira Open since 1993. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and regularly hosts PGA European Tour Events.
