Shimmering black pebble beach and twinkling azure waters, Perivolos is a delightful beach resort on the south coast of Santorini. The marvellous long beach stretches from Perissa to Agios Georgios creating a wonderful setting for the mid-afternoon strolls on this unique black pebble. The buzzing resort of Perissa is located within walking distance from Perivolos (or regular buses run between these two beach resorts). The beachfront of Perivolos has a couple of delightful tavernas and super laid-back beach bars creating a sense of tropic. Mouth-watering seafood is at its best on the south coast whilst the island’s wines are surprisingly crisp. There are two fun and funky beach bars, Chilli Beach Bar with its laid-back sand-between-toes atmosphere and JoJo Club entertaining party-lovers well after the sun has set.
