Food & Beverages

Kronos Restaurant

The main restaurant within the Pilot Beach Resort. It offers an extensive selection of buffet food, predominately from a Mediterranean influence, but with a choice of international dishes to cater to all tastes.

The Kronos restaurant offers a breakfast and dinner service in a buffet style. All guests will take their morning meals in this restaurant, choosing from a vast selection of American breakfast foods, as well as a selection of continental cuisine.

For your evening meals, the Kronos Restaurant offers a huge choice of appetisers, starters, salads and Mediterranean dishes as well as a selection of international food. There is also a cooking-grill show where guests can have part of the meals cooked to their preference.

The Ariadini Restaurant

Buffet restaurant specialising in Greek cuisine. It is the perfect place for guests who have never fully experienced Greek cuisine before, or those who are looking to try something new.

Trattoria restaurant

Occupying a prime location within the resort, overlooking the central pool area, the Trattoria restaurant is especially appealing to families, with a designated children’s buffet.

This delightful Italian restaurant operates a buffet service of Italian cuisine, including freshly prepared pastas, salads and baked pizzas served by the expert chefs.

Taverna Gialos

A stunning seaside restaurant which offers guests wonderful views of the hotels pool and the Cretan Archipelagos.

A sumptuous, varied menu choice includes traditional Greek specialities, salads, grilled meats and fish, desserts, hor d'oeuvres and more.

Open for lunch, dinner and breakfast during high season (June until September). The Taverna Gialos restaurant also offers themed nights throughout the week.

The Dionysos bar

Located in the lobby of the resort. It has a sociable atmosphere offering evening entertainment such as live music, traditional dances, magician acts and cabaret. However, for those looking to simply sit back and enjoy a romantic evening, there is also a peaceful outdoor lounge area and adjoined bridge room which accommodates a selection of card games.

The Aura Cocktail Bar

Located next to the swimming pool of the resort, serving poolside snacks throughout the day and exotic cocktails after sundown. Guest can relax in the bar area or at one of the tables and enjoy the scenery over the pool area and sea.

The Hermes Music Bar

Open of an evening, offering beautiful views of the White Mountains. Serving an extensive menu of cocktails perfectly accompanied by dance music and unparalleled scenery.
